Colin is the Chief Operating Officer at PointOne. Colin leads the real estate execution and strategic portion of the company’s vision and oversees business operations. Colin has been engaged in real estate development in the Canadian market for 18 years. While with one of the largest and most respected real estate development companies in Alberta from 2007 to 2015, Colin was an integral part of the development, leasing, and sale of over 2.2 million square feet of industrial and office space. In 2015, Colin launched Clish Development Corp and managed project conception, investment, development, leasing, design build and industrial/commercial land transactions in and around Edmonton. Throughout his career, Colin has varied experience across the entire development process from municipal development management, project conception, market analysis, construction oversight, and leasing and asset sales.
Colin served as a Director on the Board for NAIOP Corporate North America and co-founded and was the Past-President of the Edmonton NAIOP Chapter. Colin holds a certificate in Construction Administration from the University of Alberta and a diploma in Real Estate Economics from the University of British Columbia.
