Kris is our Chief Legal Officer and SVP. He is responsible for creating and executing the strategic direction for all legal and corporate governance matters. Kris draws from his experience practicing law for over 25-years, 20 of those within his own successful business law private practice. With his practice initially focused on technology, telecommunications, software and intellectual property and later broadening its scope, Kris has orchestrated all types of business law transactions.

Kris started his law practice with the international firm Hunton Andrews Kurth in Structured Finance and Asset-Backed Securitization. He received his B.S. and Masters degree (taxation) from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and his J.D. from Boston College.
