As Director of Development, Devin leads technical project work throughout the development cycle including site selection and feasibility, master planning, extending infrastructure, earthworks and other necessary site design activities. Devin is responsible for completing site due diligence and collaborating with various stakeholders including local governments, technical consultants and contractors. He is skilled at managing the complexities of large-scale development projects and planning and executing strategic project goals.

Devin has been working in raw land development for over 8 years. Prior to that, he began his career as a Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield. Devin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from MacEwan University and a diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.
