As a Director of Development, Devin oversees all phases of the development process, from site selection and feasibility studies through infrastructure planning and execution. He oversees master planning, earthworks, and site design while coordinating with local municipalities, technical consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

With nearly 10-years of experience in large-scale land development, he specializes in managing complex projects and advancing site readiness, contributing to the growth of PointOne’s expanding portfolio. Devin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from MacEwan University and a diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia. Outside of work, Devin enjoys spending time with his family and weekend trips to the Rocky Mountains.
